Cancel/Change Order Policy for GMC English

At GMC English, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, we understand that sometimes changes may need to be made to your order after it has been placed. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations and changes.

  1. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Since we process orders quickly, cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

How to Cancel Your Order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@gmcenglish.com with your order number and request for cancellation.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item once it arrives.

Order Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • You will need to initiate a return upon receipt of the item if you no longer wish to keep it.

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items in your cart, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your order before it is processed.

Changes After Order Processing:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, changes cannot be made.

  • Shipping Addresses: If you need to change the shipping address, please ensure you contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
  • Product Modifications: If you wish to swap sizes or colors, this can only be done before the order is shipped. After shipment, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the correct product.
