We understand that sometimes you may need to adjust your order after it has been placed. This policy outlines the specific timeframes and procedures for canceling or modifying your purchase.
- ORDER TIMELINE & CUT-OFF TIMES
To ensure our customers in the United States receive their orders within our promised 3–7 business day window, we operate on a strict fulfillment schedule:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days. Orders are typically sent to our warehouse for picking and packing shortly after the cut-off time.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1. The 12-Hour Cancellation Window We offer a 12-hour grace period from the moment your order is placed. If you change your mind within this timeframe, we can cancel your order and issue a 100% full refund.
2.2. Cancellation Eligibility
- Within 12 Hours: Cancellation is guaranteed. Please contact us immediately at support@gmcenglish.com.
- After 12 Hours: Once this window has passed, your order has likely entered the fulfillment stage. While we will try our best to stop the shipment, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
- Order Already Shipped: If the package has already been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow our 30-Day Return Policy once the item arrives.
2.3. How to Request a Cancellation To ensure your request is handled promptly, please email support@gmcenglish.com with the following subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out within the 12-hour window.
- Shipping Address: We can update your shipping address only before the order is processed. Gmcenglish is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Product Variations: Requests for changes in size, color, or style are subject to current stock availability.
- Pricing Adjustments: If a modification results in a price change, we will either refund the difference or provide a secure link to pay the balance.
- REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS
- No Cancellation Fees: At Gmcenglish, we do not charge any administrative or restocking fees for orders canceled within the allowed window.
- Refund Method: All refunds for canceled orders are issued back to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
- Out of Stock Items: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you immediately via support@gmcenglish.com to offer a full refund or an alternative solution.
- Suspected Fraud: For your protection, Gmcenglish reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or fails our security verification.
