- SHIPPING COVERAGE & DESTINATIONS
We currently ship exclusively to the United States, covering all 50 states.
- Included Regions: The contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
- Excluded Regions: We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
- Military Addresses: We support shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, though transit times may be slightly longer depending on carrier constraints.
- SHIPPING CARRIERS
To ensure safe and reliable delivery, Gmcenglish partners with industry-leading U.S. carriers. Your package will be delivered via:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- DHL eCommerce (often for final-mile delivery via USPS)
The carrier is selected automatically based on the weight of the package and your specific delivery location.
- HANDLING & TRANSIT TIMELINES
We understand that fast shipping is important. Below is our standard timeline for order delivery:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days. This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your doorstep.

- SHIPPING COSTS
We believe in simple, upfront pricing without any hidden surprises at checkout:
- Standard Shipping Fee: A transparent flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders.
- Taxes: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and will be shown clearly in your order summary.
- ORDER TRACKING
Transparency is key. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:
- The name of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Your unique Tracking Number
- A direct link to monitor your package’s status.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
- ADDRESS ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Address Errors: If you notice an error, please contact us at support@gmcenglish.com within 12 hours. We cannot modify the address once the order has been processed.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
- DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement.
- Lost/Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local delivery office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Gmcenglish will issue a full refund or replacement.
- EXTERNAL DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, please note that transit times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as extreme weather, carrier strikes, or peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). We appreciate your patience during these periods.
