If your content was removed and you believe it was done so by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to support@gmcenglish.com. Your counter-notice must include your contact details, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding the error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees incurred by the alleged infringer or by Gmcenglish.
