Return & Refund Policy for GMC English

At GMC English, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from GMC English. If you are not completely satisfied with your blazer or any other item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Please read the guidelines below for returns:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided for processing returns.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. After we approve your return, we will send you a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Items that are missing the original tags or packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds
