  • No Return Shipping Fees: We provide a prepaid shipping label for all authorized returns. You do not have to pay for the return postage.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned within our 30-day window.
  • Full Refund: You will be refunded the full amount of your original purchase (including the original shipping fee of $6.99).
  1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  1. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@gmcenglish.com within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

  1. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we also offer Free Exchanges. Please email us to confirm stock availability, and we will handle the rest without any additional shipping charges.

  1. REFUNDS PROCESS AND TIMELINE
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at our facility in Greenville, SC, our team will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
  • Notification: We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Credit: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans change. You can request a full cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has already entered the shipping process after this window, please follow the return steps above once the package arrives at your address.
