2.2. Where do you ship?

Currently, Gmcenglish ships exclusively to addresses within the United States (50 States). We do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses at this time to ensure the highest delivery reliability.

2.3. How do I track my order?

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Tracking Number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

No. At Gmcenglish, we offer 100% FREE returns. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, and we do not charge any restocking fees.

3.3. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 1–2 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
