• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Shipping Fees: We charge a transparent, flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.
• Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Gmcenglish reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

To ensure a secure shopping experience, Gmcenglish uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors. We accept the following secure payment methods:

• Transit Time: 3–7 business days.

6. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

We understand you may change your mind. You may request a cancellation or modification (such as address changes) within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our fulfillment team or shipped, we cannot make any changes. In such cases, the customer must follow our standard return procedure.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Gmcenglish is proud to offer a 30-day return window and 100% Free Returns.

• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for processing returns.
• Prepaid Labels: We provide a prepaid shipping label for all authorized returns.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
